APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation Thereof. Take notice that this Court in Civil Misc. Application No. E118 of 2023, appointed (1) Christopher John Mitchell, (2) Annick Lynn Mitchell and (3) Marc James Mitchell, as Managers and legal guardians of the estate and all affairs of Marie- France Danielle Mitchell. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
