NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following authorities and Order under the Misc. Application Case Nos. E555 and E1099 of 2026 respectively, in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Makadara, to the owners of Motor-cycles and any other items lying idle and unclaimed within Buruburu Traffic Base Yard and Buruburu Police Station Yard respectively, to collect the said properties at the said Traffic Base yard and Police Station yard upon payment cost for this publication, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, failure to which Windsor House Auctioneers shall sell by way of Public Auction without any further reference to the owners.
