NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles; Reg. Nos. KTTC 276F, KCQ 182H and KBR 417S to take delivery of the said Motor Vehicles from the custody of Mugaa Garage, Nairobi West, behind NHC, off Langata Road, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all outstanding costs of repairs, storage charges and the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the Motor Vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds therefrom shall be defrayed against any accrued repair and storage charges and the balance if any shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
