NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 508, in Volume D1, Folio 410/6003, File MMXXIV, by our client, Mohamed Abdi Dagane, of P.O. Box 13, Isibania in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Omar Abdullahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Omar Abdullahi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Abdi Dagane, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Mohamed Abdi Dagane only.
