NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 730, in Volume D1, Folio 170/1695, File MMXXIV, by our client, David Odoyo Kowaga, of P.O. Box 4097, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as David Odoyo Owaga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Odoyo Owaga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name David Odoyo Kowaga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, David Odoyo Kowaga only.
