NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 69, in Volume D1, Folio 914/3908, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Mohamed Riba Molu, of P.O. Box 10–6970, Moyale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Issack Abey, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Issack Abey and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the Mohamed Riba Molu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Riba Molu only.
