NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 382, in Volume D1, Folio 166/1661, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Deelan Jabali Omai, formerly known as Atkuon Nasambai Nasongole, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Atkuon Nasambai Nasongole, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Deelan Jabali Omai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Deelan Jabali Omai only.
