REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lulumizi Limited, of P.O. Box 263–80202, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land known as 8596-Watamu, containing 8.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the south west of Malindi Township in the Kilifi District, registered as C.R. No. 9940, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
