REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Abdirahman Adan, of P.O. Box 21954–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 36/III/108, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered as Volume N59, Folio 121, File 13527, and whereas sufficient evidence has been to show that the said conveyance issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
