THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Commercial Bank Limited, of P.O. Box 48400–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the administrator of the estate of Gladys Njeri the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 209/2101, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 4753/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas (1) Vivian Wairimu Njoki, (2) Gladys Njeri, (3) William Ng’iru, (4) Elizabeth Waitherero and (5) George Muchiri Ndungu, as the beneficiaries of the estate of Gladys Njeri, have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
