REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mombasa Maize Millers (Nairobi) Limited, of P.O. Box 87074–80100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/9526, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 36664/1, and whereas Pisces Finance Limited executed a discharge of charge document in favour of the registered proprietor, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said grant has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the grant and register the discharge provided that no objection has been received within that period.
