REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Juma Kutolo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Samia/Luanda- Mudoma/1537, situate in Busia County and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Port Victoria in Succession Cause No. 31 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Zablon Barasa Pamba, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to John Juma Kutolo has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 39 and R.L. 42 upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said John Juma Kutolo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
