THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njau Githaiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.9 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Chania/Makwa/849, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E269 of 2024, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Kamau Njau (ID/8574500), of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to John Kamau Njau (ID/8574500), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Njau Githaiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
