THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Suleimani Mbwana Zani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Majoreni/1089, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E493 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Fatuma Zuleimani Zani, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Suleimani Mbwana Zani (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Fatuma Zuleimani Zani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Suleimani Mbwana Zani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
