REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Mwakulewa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Waa/971, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E40 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mohamed Ali Mwakulewa, (2) Rashid Ali Mwakulewa, (3) Mwachega Ali Mwakulewa, (4) Mwanajuma Ali Mwakulewa and (5) Fatuma Ali Mwakulewa and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Ali Mwakulewa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 respectively, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ali Mwakulewa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
