NOTICE is issued pursuant to provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle Reg. No. SSD 706 BV, chasis No. BP5-152066, Subaru Legacy, blue in colour to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is lying at Diphine Storage Yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with cost of this publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
