NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 208, in Volume D1, Folio 198/1935, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Noor Mahamuddahir Boore, of P.O. Box 16312–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Noor Yussuf Idd, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Noor Yussuf Idd and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Noor Mahamuddahir Boore, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Noor Mahamuddahir Boore only.
