NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 866, in Volume D1, Folio 180/1777, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Stephen Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 1776–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Weke Mbuthia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Weke Mbuthia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Mbuthia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stephen Mbuthia only.
