NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 803, in Volume D1, Folio 171/1707, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Scholastica Kalekye Musyoka, of P.O. Box 104–90200, Kabati in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Scholastica Kalekye Polycap, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Scholastica Kalekye Polycap and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Scholastica Kalekye Musyoka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Scholastica Kalekye Musyoka only.
