NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 746, in Volume D1, Folio 169/1686, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Reina Nayaab Asgar Khan Pathan, formerly known as Nayaab Reina Mohamed Pathan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nayaab Reina Mohamed Pathan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Reina Nayaab Asgar Khan Pathan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Reina Nayaab Asgar Khan Pathan only.
