NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1088, in Volume D1, Folio 186/1842, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Ana-Nichol Wanyee, formerly known as Anna Nichol Muthoni Kihara Wanyee, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anna Nichol Muthoni Kihara Wanyee and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ana-Nichol Wanyee, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ana-Nichol Wanyee only.
