REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Justin Gambo Kiti, of P.O. Box 133, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0193 hectare or thereabouts, Subdivision No. 6050/III/MN, situate in North of Mtwapa Creek in the Kilifi District, registered under title No. C.R. 54878, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
