THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ndungu Charles Muriuki and (2) Wekunda Ruth Nangeche, both of P.O. Box 4745–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that unit No. C53, erected on a piece of land known as L.R. No. 29059, situate in Kiambu District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 217643/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
