THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Nganga Kahiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Thika Municipality Block 14/564, situate in the Kiambu County, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause E81 of 2024 directed that the name of Wilson Nganga Kahiga (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with Grace Wairimu Nganga, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
