THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sarah Wanjiru Mwaniki (ID/20374116) and (2) Sophia Wachuka Mbogo (ID/13511305), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Mitubiri/Wempa/Block I/7204, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
