THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Florence Chepngetich, of P.O. Box 51–20402, Longisa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Silibwet/4098, situate in the Bomet County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
