THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Mulika Tonje alias Samuel M. Tonje (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.492 hectares or thereabout, known as Chepsiro/Kibuswa Block 2/Kemeloi/308, situate in Trans Nzoia County, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kitale in Succession Cause No. E174 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jonees Wahima Janathan, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to Jonees Wahima Janathan, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Mulika Tonje alias Samuel M.
