REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rebeca Wanjira Mwaura (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.0 acre or thereabouts, known as Loc. 4/Gatitu/446, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. 78 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joyce Wanjiru Mwaura, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Joyce Wanjiru Mwaura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rebeca Wanjira Mwaura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
