GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9137

WHEREAS John P. Kariuki Waweru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 2.52 hectares or thereabout, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 5/1648 (Thome Two), situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E18 of 2026, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Beatrice Mugure Karanja and (2) Karanja Francis Githiri, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof and provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to (1) Beatrice Mugure Karanja and (2) Karanja Francis Githiri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John P.
