GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9141

WHEREAS (1) Rashid Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased), (2) Njambia Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased) and (3) Mwanasiti Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/483, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E54 of 2021, has vested the property to (1) Mwinyi Jambia Mwatajiri, (2) Ali Rashid Mwatajiri and (3) Nassoro Ali Mwatajiri, as trustees, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Rashid Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased), (2) Njambia Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased) and (3) Mwanasiti Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to (1) Mwinyi Jambia Mwatajiri, (2) Ali Rashid Mwatajiri and (3) Nassoro Ali Mwatajiri, as trustees, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Rashid Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased), (2) Njambia Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased) and Mwanasiti Masudi Mwatajiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
