THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Amina Ali Mwakirea (deceased), (2) Mwinyi Rashid Kileya and (3) Mariam Ali Mwachireya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Ukunda/5011, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court of Kenya at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E423 of 2023, has vested the property to (1) Mariam Ali Mwachireya and (2) Mwinyi Rashid Kileya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Amina Ali Mwakirea (deceased), (2) Mwinyi Rashid Ngengo and (3) Mariam Ali Mwachire, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Amina Ali Mwakirea (deceased), (2) Mwinyi Rashid Kileya and (3) Mariam Ali Mwachire, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
