PURSUANT to the provisions of Article 186 and the Fourth Schedule Part 2 (2) (a) and (c) of the Constitution, section 36 (1) (a) and (c) of the County Governments Act, 2012 as read together with section 25 and the First schedule of the Health Act, 2017, the County Executive Committee Member for Health Services and Sanitation, gazettes the following health facility: Name of Facility Level Care Ward Sub-County County Kisatiru Dispensary Level 2 Sabatia West Ward Sabatia Sub- County Vihiga The facility shall provide promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative and referral health services in accordance with the provisionals of the Health Act, 2017 and other applicable laws and regulations governing the delivery of healthcare services in Kenya.
