APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Misc. Application No. E252 of 2022 has appointed Amos Kiprotich Kimebur as Manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Pauline Kanaiza Masambu. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
