NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of the underlisted motor vehicles which have overstayed at our garage, the owners are asked to collect the vehicles within one month from the date of this notice, after paying any overdue repair cost and, or storage charges up to the collection date, the vehicles which will not have been collected within the period will be disposed of through auction or any other way to recover the accrued cost.
