NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 781, in Volume D1, Folio 172/1710, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Sylvia Rebecca Ngangra Kerich, of P.O. Box 1434–20200, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Atieno Rebecca Ngangra, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Atieno Rebecca Ngangra, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sylvia Rebecca Ngangra Kerich for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sylvia Rebecca Ngangra Kerich only.
