NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 452, in Volume DI, Folio 128/1333, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, (1) Elija Obara Ondimu and (2) Fidelis Audrey Wangari (guardians), on behalf of Jermaine Kylian Amari (minor), formerly known as Jermaine Kaburi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jermaine Kaburi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jermaine Kylian Amari, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jermaine Kylian Amari only.
