NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 237, in Volume D1, Folio 158/1586, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Debra Kavata Matata, formerly known as Debra Kavata Musyoki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Debra Kavata Musyoki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Debra Kavata Matata, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Debra Kavata Matata only.
