NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 133, in Volume D1, Folio 302/1890, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Ahmed Mahamed Manur, formerly known as Ahmed Mahamed Noor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmed Mahamed Noor and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Mahamed Manur, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Mahamed Manur only.
