NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 15th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 618, in Volume D1, Folio 212/2053, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Louisa Akinyi Otieno, formerly known as Louisa Petrine Akinyi alias Louisa Petrine Akinyi Akech, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former Louisa Petrine Akinyi alias Louisa Petrine Akinyi Akech, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Louisa Akinyi Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Louisa Akinyi Otieno only.
