NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 518, in Volume D1, Folio 412/6001, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Sifa Okech Ngugi, formerly known as Ian Busuru Wawire, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ian Busuru Wawire and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sifa Okech Ngugi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sifa Okech Ngugi only.
