NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 108, in Volume D1, Folio 934/3962, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Adow Mohamed Adan, C/O Chief’s Office, Athibohol in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kheirrow Mahamud Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kheirrow Mahamud Adan and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adow Mohamed Adan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Adow Mohamed Adan only.
