TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By (1) Patricia Charlotte Roser, of Bottelarijstraat 287, 1019VC, Amsterdam, Netherlands and (2) Cherly Anne Rose, of Zwaanshals
266 B1, 3035KM, Rotterdam, Netherlands, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Eberhard
Hermann Roser alias Eddy Roser, who died at Vipingo, Kilifi, on 26th
November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
