E15 OF 2026 By Ann Kagure Irari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Irari Mwaura, who died at Majengo, on 28th January, 2010. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026 By Ann Kagure Irari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Muthoni Irari, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026 By (1) Stephen Muiruri Kihiu and (2) Joseph Karuru Kihiu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kihiu Karuru, who died at Kigaa Sub-location, on 16th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
