TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
19th June, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2025
By (1) Musa Muriithi King’ori and (2) Mumbi Wangui King’ori, both of P.O. Box 1888–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachary Kingori Mwangi, who died on 11th February, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
