Box 126, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Wanjiku Kingaru alias Wanjiru Kingaru, who died at Sinendet, on 13th September, 1988. Box 15640–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penny Maina alias Penny Mwachari, who died at Evans Sunrise Medical Centre, on 12th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
