TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022
By Francis Omari Monari, of P.O. Box 430, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Monari Magutu, who died at Getenga Sub-location, on 19th November, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2024
By Yunuke Onyango Benjamin, of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Benjamin Manguti Mirera alias Benjamin James Ogaro Mirera, who died at Nyakegogi Sub-location, on 6th May, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
