TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2023
By (1) Job Mutungi Maweu and (2) Mary Meli Maweu, both of
P.O. Box 93, Msambweni in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pellentina Ngina Maweu, who died at Kalanzoni, Muumandu, on 30th March, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By William Kimutai White, of P.O. Box 80812, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacqualine Chelangat Juma, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
