E65 OF 2026 By (1) Elvin Mbodze Nyale, (2) Nathaniel Rashid Chiko, (3) Kelvin Ngala Rashid and (4) Mwamuye Rashid Charanga, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charunga Rashid Mongo, who died on 5th December, 2002.
