TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Philomenah Mutile Mutisya and (2) Marietta Mwikali
Kingoo, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiso Nzomo Nthei alias
Ndiso Nzomo, who died at Bishop Kioko C. Hospital in Kenya, on
2nd July, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Musau Makose, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbeletu Ng’ole who died at
Maiani, on 19th December, 1986.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
