TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) John Anyumba Tis and (2) Benedictt Achiko Okal, the deceased’s cousins, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfonce Otieno Pesa, who died on 14th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2026
By (1) Robert Otieno Bwoga and (2) Lisa Achieng Bwoga, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Bwoga Ondijo, who died at Kisumu Specialist
Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
